Start construction housing and child-center Rotterdam

This month was the start of the construction of the second fase of the project "Kindcluster 2" in Nesselande, Rotterdam.

Two high-rise housing buildings and a child-center for day-care will complete the plan of which the first fase, two schools and a sports accommodation were completed in 2009.
